YOUTH LEADERSHIP TRAINING CONFERENCE:

Our children are the leaders of tomorrow. NEXT Youth Movement is here to support them with Youth Leadership Training that gives young people the skills they need to solve important issues they see in their communities.

During the We Up Empowerment event, our city’s youth will come together for an interactive conference that teaches them how to develop a collective voice and implement collaborative leadership skills. Through this actionable program, our children gain the knowledge and power to become agents of change in their communities and proactive representatives for future generations.

    DANCE COMPETITION & CONCERT:

    The We Empowerment Conference includes a live concert and dance competition with Click 4ulla Starz that motivates youth attendees to showcase their talents and take pride in working diligently toward a united goal.

    The concert will feature live music from inspiring and uplifting artists like Indie Tribe, Dee1, Chris Durso, and more.

    ABOUT THE NEXT YOUTH MOVEMENT ORGANIZATION:

    NEXT Youth Movement believes that our youth are the key to mobilizing communities for better, brighter futures. Empowering them to advocate for policies that reduce the negative effects of environmental influences will ultimately create better outcomes for everyone.

    More than just a leadership curriculum for individuals, NEXT takes its training program even further by teaching collaborative empowerment through group skills. Young advocates have the opportunity to get together and discuss what they see as issues in their communities and put their learned skills into action by implementing community projects and creating real outcomes. This hands-on, youth-led approach redefines how our world uses youth empowerment to drive change.
