Everything that we do depends on the commitment, involvement, and dedication of those who live, work, and play in our communities. From churches to law enforcement, from youth leaders to policymakers, from businesses to human service agencies, our commitment to a shared vision of safe, happy, and healthy communities requires all of us to do our part. Whether you give your time, your talents, or your resources, here are some ways that you and your organization can get involved with NEXT.
Get Involved
Bringing NEXT to your community or organization is fun, easy, and an affordable way to energize, organize and deploy young people as agents of positive change in the community.
What You’ll Need
TIME
NEXT Trainings can be completed in as little as 2 sessions (6 hours a piece) or as many as 12 sessions (1 hour a piece). We can work with you to schedule a training that best fits your needs.Schedule a training.
Space
NEXT Trainings are interactive, so it’s best to have a meeting space that can accommodate movement and group activities. Don’t have space available? No problem. We have a training space that may work for your group (subject to availability). Click here for more details or to sign-up!
Adult Sponsor
Sustainability is key to NEXT and to continuing the process of implementing change beyond the training period. That’s why we ask that your organization designate at least one adult “Sponsor” to attend the training. This will help reinforce the concepts we’re teaching and assist youth with completing their projects after the initial training is complete. Find out more.
Cost
In order to provide the highest quality training possible, we ask organizations to pay a fee for the training to cover the cost of the trainers and the training materials. If cost is an issue for your organization, let us know and we can help you look for ways to help cover the cost. Get more information.
